There are a multitude of home inspection associations and societies offering a variety of training for their members. In some locations, there are licensing and registration laws. Although this could be sufficient enough to the average individual, it is NOT enough to qualify anyone to become an INSPECTION PROS Inspector. Our inspectors undergo much more rigorous training and testing, demonstrate technical competence, conscientious field performance, a strong service attitude and good communications skills to become a INSPECTION PROS inspector. Furthermore, our inspectors continue to gain knowledge through computer-programmed learning, in addition to extensive field training.

Below you will find our current staff of Virginia Certified Home Inspectors or ASHI® Certified Inspectors. With this range of highly qualified inspectors to choose from, you can review a bio of our inspectors before he or she gets to your new home and see for yourself the training and requirements that allows INSPECTION PROS to have the very best inspectors possible.
